As the saying goes, "necessity is the mother of all invention", without the demand for certain thing, invention would not make its way to people's lives. Say for example, ancient people cleaned their clothes by pounding them on rocks or rubbing them with abrasive sands and washing the dirt away in local streams. Evidence of ancient washing soap was found at Sapo Hill in Rome, where the ashes containing the fat of sacrificial animals was used as a soap. So "Thor" washing machine was invented in 1908. Latest inventions/technologies are being used by different people in running our country and growing our economy. So could you imagine if we're not using any of these machines in running our country for betterment? Population continues to grow, lifestyle expectations are growing up, and supporting technologies are become easily sophisticated, by this Science and Technology become more and more important .
